Natalie's Mac N' Cheese

Ingredients

- 1 lb small eblow macaroni noodles
- 1 (28 ounce) jar cheese whiz
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 8 tablespoons butter, 1 stick
- 3 -4 slices sourdough bread, cubed
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 boil noodles according to package directions. drain, do not rinse. pour noodles back into hit pan and add cheese whiz, shredded cheeses, milk and 4 t butter. stir well and transfer to oven safe bowl.
- 2 melt 1 stick of butter in a sauce pan, add cubed bread and garlic powder. mix and pour over macaroni and cheese.
- 3 bake 350 for 30 minutes.
