Natalie's Mac N' Cheese

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb small eblow macaroni noodles
  • 1 (28 ounce) jar cheese whiz
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 8 tablespoons butter, 1 stick
  • 3 -4 slices sourdough bread, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 boil noodles according to package directions. drain, do not rinse. pour noodles back into hit pan and add cheese whiz, shredded cheeses, milk and 4 t butter. stir well and transfer to oven safe bowl.
  • 2 melt 1 stick of butter in a sauce pan, add cubed bread and garlic powder. mix and pour over macaroni and cheese.
  • 3 bake 350 for 30 minutes.
