Libby's Corn And Mac Casserole

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 14 3/4 ounces cream-style corn
  • 14 3/4 ounces whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni (dry, not cooked)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 8 ounces velveeta cheese, cubed

Recipe

  • 1 mix together the entire contents of the creamed corn, whole kernel corn, and uncooked macaroni.
  • 2 slice the butter and stir it into the corn mixture along with the cheese.
  • 3 place in a buttered casserole dish.
  • 4 cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • 5 uncover, stir, and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes.
