- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a heavy skillet. add rice and onion. stir constantly, browning the rice until golden brown. bring broth to a boil in a saucepan, add to the rice and cover. cook over low heat 40-50 minutes until rice is cooked, water may be added if needed.
