Macaroni And Cheese

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 8 ounces cooked macaroni

Recipe

  • 1 melt margarine over medium heat and stir in flour, making a roux.
  • 2 add milk with a wire whisk and continue cooking until thickened.
  • 3 add the cheese.
  • 4 stir until cheese is completely melted, then pour over hot pasta and serve.
