- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 ounces cooked macaroni
Recipe
- 1 melt margarine over medium heat and stir in flour, making a roux.
- 2 add milk with a wire whisk and continue cooking until thickened.
- 3 add the cheese.
- 4 stir until cheese is completely melted, then pour over hot pasta and serve.
