No Cook Pesto Tomato Sauce

Total Time: 27 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients except spaghetti in food processor or blender and mix well.
  • 2 add to hot cooked spaghetti.
  • 3 serve with extra grated parmesan, if desired.
