Lemon Vermicelli

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces vermicelli
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 combine milk and butter in saucepan over low heat until butter is melted.
  • 2 set aside, but keep warm.
  • 3 cook pasta according to package directions.
  • 4 drain and place in a large bowl.
  • 5 toss with lemon juice.
  • 6 let stand for 1 minute.
  • 7 add cheese and warm milk/butter mixture.
