Meatball Stroganoff

Ingredients

- 4 eggs
- 8 tablespoons milk
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon accent seasoning
- 8 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 4 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
- 4 lbs ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup burgundy wine
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon crushed fresh garlic
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients for the meatballs and place into a foil-lined pan.
- 2 bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
- 3 remove and drain (meatballs may be frozen at this time for later use).
- 4 makes about 150 bite-size meatballs.
- 5 combine the 1 chopped onion, burgandy, sour cream, soup, garlic, and mushrooms.
- 6 heat; pour over meatballs and serve over rice or noodles.
