Meatball Stroganoff

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 tablespoons milk
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon accent seasoning
  • 8 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 4 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
  • 4 lbs ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 cup burgundy wine
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon crushed fresh garlic
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients for the meatballs and place into a foil-lined pan.
  • 2 bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
  • 3 remove and drain (meatballs may be frozen at this time for later use).
  • 4 makes about 150 bite-size meatballs.
  • 5 combine the 1 chopped onion, burgandy, sour cream, soup, garlic, and mushrooms.
  • 6 heat; pour over meatballs and serve over rice or noodles.
