- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast (chopped)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients, except the chicken, in a skillet.
- 2 cook on high for 3-4 minutes on the stove.
- 3 add the chicken.
- 4 simmer for 30 minutes.
- 5 serve over rice.
