Ingredients
- 1 quart heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 place butter and cream into sauce pan over med-high heat and let reduce by half, about 15-20 minutes, making sure to stir scraping sides and bottom of pan.
- 2 keep an eye on sauce to make it doesn't boil over.
