No Cook Blender Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 1 cup ricotta cheese, at room temperature
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 lb fettuccine
Recipe
- 1 cook fettuccine per package directions.
- 2 put ricotta, milk, parmesan, and seasoning in blender and blend until creamy.
- 3 when pasta is done, drain and add butter to it.
- 4 add ricotta mixture to the hot, buttered pasta and toss with fresh parsley.
- 5 serve with additional grated parmesan.
