No Cook Blender Alfredo Sauce

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese, at room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 lb fettuccine

Recipe

  • 1 cook fettuccine per package directions.
  • 2 put ricotta, milk, parmesan, and seasoning in blender and blend until creamy.
  • 3 when pasta is done, drain and add butter to it.
  • 4 add ricotta mixture to the hot, buttered pasta and toss with fresh parsley.
  • 5 serve with additional grated parmesan.
