Ingredients

- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves or 1 -2 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 -2 clove garlic
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chunky tomatoes
- 1/3 cup sour cream or 1/3 cup fat free sour cream (i use fat free)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- 2 pour over freshly cooked pasta and warm up.
- 3 freezes well.
