Maple Nut Chex Party Mix

Ingredients

• 2 cups butter
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 1 (2 ounce) bottle maple flavoring
• 2 cups mixed nuts
• 2 cups pretzels
• 14 cups corn chex
• rice chex, and
• crispix cereal
• 2 cups oyster crackers

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 200.
• 2 melt butter in large roasting pan. stir in brown sugar & maple extract. stir in nuts until well coated, stir in pretzels until coated. gradually stir in cereal, add oyster crackers, stirring until evenly coated.
• 3 bake 40-45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. cool. break apart if needed. store in airtight container.
