Kokkoh (macrobiotic Rice Milk)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 10 cups water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 wash the rice and toast it in a dry pan, stirring it constantly until it is golden and begins to pop.
