Ingredients

- 1 lb 90% lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, with juices
- 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in heavy skillet.
- 2 brown beef.
- 3 add onion and green pepper and sauté until vegetables soften.
- 4 drain off excess fat.
- 5 add remaining ingredients.
- 6 bring to a boil, turn down to a simmer and cook 15 min, stirring occasionally.
