Picante Chicken

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 16 ounces picante sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • cooking spray
  • hot cooked rice

Recipe

  • 1 place chicken in a shallow 2 quart baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 2 in a small bowl, combine the picante sauce, brown sugar and mustard; pour over chicken.
  • 3 bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until juices from the chicken run clear.
  • 4 serve over rice.
