Peanut Butter And Honey Protein Bars

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural-style peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 cups dry raw oatmeal
  • 5 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 cup skim milk

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl, press into a pan, and let set in the freezer. once solid, cut them into individual bars.
  • 2 keep refrigerated between consumption.
