Ingredients
- 1 cup natural-style peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups dry raw oatmeal
- 5 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 cup skim milk
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl, press into a pan, and let set in the freezer. once solid, cut them into individual bars.
- 2 keep refrigerated between consumption.
