Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- water, to equal 2 cups
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
Recipe
- 1 pour undiluted soup into a measuring cup (mine came out to be just under 1 cup) add water to the soup to make 2 cups.
- 2 pour onto rice.
- 3 add curry powder; mix.
- 4 cook according to rice package instructions.
- 5 add more water if needed.
