Mommy's Broccoli-cheese Casserole Originally Aunt Cindy's--

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 (12 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup (can use cream of mushroom or both!)
- 2 (10 ounce) bags of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups cooked broccoli
- butter, to grease pan
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook rice, let cool for about 30 minutes then add to 9x13 baking dish.
- 2 add broccoli, soup and cheese to rice, mix well.
- 3 add shredded cheese to mix.
- 4 add a little salt and pepper.
- 5 bake in oven at 350 for 45 minutes. let cool about 15 minutes before gobbling up!
