Mommy's Broccoli-cheese Casserole Originally Aunt Cindy's--

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 (12 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup (can use cream of mushroom or both!)
  • 2 (10 ounce) bags of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups cooked broccoli
  • butter, to grease pan
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook rice, let cool for about 30 minutes then add to 9x13 baking dish.
  • 2 add broccoli, soup and cheese to rice, mix well.
  • 3 add shredded cheese to mix.
  • 4 add a little salt and pepper.
  • 5 bake in oven at 350 for 45 minutes. let cool about 15 minutes before gobbling up!
