Marinated Herbed Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons herbs, de provonce
- 3 tablespoons jarred minced garlic
Recipe
- 1 in a gallon sized ziploc baggie take all the above listed ingredients.
- 2 and thrown in any desired chicken pieces.
- 3 you can use a whole chicken or drunsticks or thighs or breasts.
- 4 i used about 6-8 thighs and marinate at least 4 hours overnight is better turning every 4 hours or so.
- 5 heat a grill on one side on medium high heat making sure to place the chicken on the side of the grill that doesnt have fire underneath as the oil will cause it to flame and burn cook untill 165 degrees or juices run clear
- 6 cooking times will vary depending on the grill you use my grill is a charcoal grill and took about 20-35 minutes depending on breast size you will need to adjust accordingly also i prefer to let my chicken set just a minute or 2 before servig i also served this with my quick and easy mederterainian rice recipe.
