Oatmeal Pecan Pie

Ingredients

- 0.5 (15 ounce) package refrigerated pie dough
- cooking spray
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 2/3 cup oats
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325°.
- 2 roll dough into an 11-inch circle. fit into a 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray. fold edges under; flute.
- 3 combine all remaining ingredients, stirring well with a whisk. pour into prepared crust.
- 4 bake for 50 minutes or until center is set.
- 5 cool completely on a wire rack.
