- 1 cup water
- 2 cups chunky salsa
- 1 1/4 cups uncooked converted rice
- 12 ounces cooked chicken, chopped into small pieces
- 15 98% fat free fajita size flour tortillas (1 point each)
Recipe
- 1 mix soup, water, salsa, rice and chicken in slow cooker. cover and cook on low 6 to 7 hours or until rice is done. spoon 1/2 cup rice mixture down center of each tortilla. fold tortilla around filling.
