Peachy Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup peach preserves
- 2 tablespoons golden raisins
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- hot cooked rice
Recipe
- 1 combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
- 2 crumble turkey over mixture and mix well.
- 3 shape into balls and place in 8 inch square microwave safe dish.
- 4 in a separate bowl combine sauce ingredients.
- 5 pour over the meatballs.
- 6 cover and microwave on high for 6-8 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.
- 7 serve over rice.
