Peachy Turkey Meatballs

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup peach preserves
  • 2 tablespoons golden raisins
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • hot cooked rice

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
  • 2 crumble turkey over mixture and mix well.
  • 3 shape into balls and place in 8 inch square microwave safe dish.
  • 4 in a separate bowl combine sauce ingredients.
  • 5 pour over the meatballs.
  • 6 cover and microwave on high for 6-8 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.
  • 7 serve over rice.
