Pineapple Chicken

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained, reserving 3/4 cup liquid
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3x1-inch strips
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • hot cooked rice

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 375°.
