Ingredients

- 1/2 banana, chopped
- 1/3 cup oat bran
- 1 dash salt
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon sugar (or honey)
Recipe
- 1 combine chopped banana, oat bran, salt, water and sugar (use more or less sugar to taste) in a microwave-safe bowl.
- 2 microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring after each minute.
- 3 if using honey, stir it in after cooking.
- 4 if desired, serve with milk.
