Mexican Mac & Cheese

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups pasta
  • 1/4 cup olive
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta according to package directions.
  • 2 stir in remaining ingredients.
  • 3 cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.
