- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 lb spaghetti
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 6 flour tortillas
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in wok or large pan.
- 2 add noodles.
- 3 cover with broth.
- 4 add salsa to your liking.
- 5 sautee until noodles are cooked through.
- 6 place individual servings of noodles on warm tortillas. top with shredded cheese and sour cream.
