My Own Granola #2

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup flax seed, ground
  • 1/2 cup wheat bran
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Recipe

  • 1 combine dry ingredients and set aside.
  • 2 combine wet ingredients into a sauce pan and turn on heat. heat through and pour over dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  • 3 put mixture onto a sheet pan and bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes stirring every 5 minutes.
  • 4 cool and enjoy.
