Mexican Macaroni

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 8 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 cups macaroni
  • 1 cup diced tomato
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 cook macaroni acc to directions; drain.
  • 2 add all remaining ingredients.
  • 3 cook on low, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted and sauce is hot.
