Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 1 lb ground chuck or 1 lb any other ground beef or 1 lb ground chicken or 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
- 3/4 cup brown rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 red bell pepper
Recipe
- 1 brown up meat.
- 2 while the meat is browning, dice up the pepper.
- 3 drain the meat of any grease if there is any.
- 4 put in diced peppers with meat, cook until peppers are soft.
- 5 toss in rest of ingredients (include juice with tomatos).
- 6 cover and simmer for 20-40 minutes (water should be gone and rice should be soft).
