Noodles Lorraine

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 8 ounces medium egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375.
  • 2 cook noodles according to package directions, drain.
  • 3 in small saucepan, melt butter and cook onion until transparent.
  • 4 in large bowl, combine eggs, salt and nutmeg.
  • 5 add noodles, butter, onion mixture, sour cream, bacon and cheeses.
  • 6 place in 2 quart baking dish.
  • 7 bake 45 minutes or until brown.
