Ingredients
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 10 1/2 ounces condensed french onion soup
- 10 1/2 ounces beef broth
- 1/2 cup butter, sliced
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- 2 in a 9 x 9 baking dish, combine rice, soup and broth. place pats of butter on top of the mixture.
- 3 cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. remove cover and bake 30 minutes more.
