Lower Fat Beef And Macaroni Chili

Ingredients

- 1 cup macaroni, uncooked
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper, freshly ground
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 ounce low fat mozzarella
Recipe
- 1 cook macaroni.
- 2 brown meat in large saucepan and drain off.
- 3 all fat.
- 4 add garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper.
- 5 mix well and cook on low about 5 minutes.
- 6 add cooked macaroni and tomato soup.
- 7 heat thoroughly.
- 8 just before serving add grated cheese.
- 9 cover and heat until cheese melts.
