Lower Fat Beef And Macaroni Chili

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup macaroni, uncooked
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 ounce low fat mozzarella

Recipe

  • 1 cook macaroni.
  • 2 brown meat in large saucepan and drain off.
  • 3 all fat.
  • 4 add garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper.
  • 5 mix well and cook on low about 5 minutes.
  • 6 add cooked macaroni and tomato soup.
  • 7 heat thoroughly.
  • 8 just before serving add grated cheese.
