Ingredients

- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 1 lb longhorn cheese
- 1 quart powdered milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 ounces margarine
Recipe
- 1 boil macaroni - take off heat when 1/2 cooked.
- 2 drain and save water.
- 3 use macaroni water to make powdered milk.
- 4 mix milk, eggs, margarine, macaroni, and 1/2 cheese into casserole dish.
- 5 spread remaining cheese on top.
- 6 let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- 7 cook at 350 until heated through.
