Macaroni And Cheese With Powdered Milk

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb longhorn cheese
  • 1 quart powdered milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ounces margarine

Recipe

  • 1 boil macaroni - take off heat when 1/2 cooked.
  • 2 drain and save water.
  • 3 use macaroni water to make powdered milk.
  • 4 mix milk, eggs, margarine, macaroni, and 1/2 cheese into casserole dish.
  • 5 spread remaining cheese on top.
  • 6 let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • 7 cook at 350 until heated through.
