Pecan And Rice Patties

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans (chopped)
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1 -2 tablespoon whole grain wheat flour
  • 2 stalks celery (chopped)
  • 1 -2 tablespoon parsley (chopped)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients and shape into 3-inch patties.
  • 2 place on sprayed cookie sheet.
  • 3 bake in a 350-degree pre-heated oven for about 40- 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
