- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 20 mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 cake:.
- 2 mix together in a bowl, flour, sugar, soda and salt.
- 3 in a saucepan bring oil, margarine, peanut butter and water to a boil. pour over dry ingredients and mix.
- 4 in a bowl beat eggs, vanilla, and milk. add to mixture and mix. pour in a greased and floured 11x15x1-inch sheet cake pan.
- 5 bake on 350 for 15-20 minutes.
- 6 frosting:
- 7 boil milk, sugar and margarine. cooking 2 minutes. add peanut butter chips, marshmallows, vanilla and peanuts. blend until melted.
- 8 spread on warm cake.
