Peanut Butter Sheet Cake With Icing

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 20 mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 cake:.
  • 2 mix together in a bowl, flour, sugar, soda and salt.
  • 3 in a saucepan bring oil, margarine, peanut butter and water to a boil. pour over dry ingredients and mix.
  • 4 in a bowl beat eggs, vanilla, and milk. add to mixture and mix. pour in a greased and floured 11x15x1-inch sheet cake pan.
  • 5 bake on 350 for 15-20 minutes.
  • 6 frosting:
  • 7 boil milk, sugar and margarine. cooking 2 minutes. add peanut butter chips, marshmallows, vanilla and peanuts. blend until melted.
  • 8 spread on warm cake.
