Oat Burgers

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce or 1/2 cup tamari
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1/2 cup pecans, ground
  • 4 1/2 cups old fashioned oats

Recipe

  • 1 bring all ingredients except the oats and nuts to a boil.
  • 2 turn heat to low and stir in 4.
  • 3 5 cups rolled oats and nuts.
  • 4 cook for about 5 minutes until the water is absorbed.
