My New Yummy Chicken

Ingredients

- 3 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pepper seasoning
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 brown the chicken with the thyme and garlic pepper.
- 2 add to that a mixture of 1/2 the can of cream of chicken soup and water and simmer for about 5-7 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
- 3 then mix together the broth and other 1/2 of the cream of chicken, and add that to the pan also.
- 4 after another few minutes of simmering, add the cheeses and cook through.
- 5 i served it with steamed rice and vegetables on the side, but imagine that it would also be good with pasta, or even egg noodles.
