My Nannas Tuna Casserole!!

Ingredients

- 2 (425 g) cans tuna in brine
- 1 (400 ml) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (400 ml) can evaporated milk
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 125 g butter, softened
- 1/2-1 cup milk
- 1 -2 cup self raising flour
- 1 cup grated tasty cheese
Recipe
- 1 drain tuna put in casserole dish, add soup and evaporated milk stir in lemon juice.
- 2 place flour and half the cheese in a mixing bowl rub in butter until it resembles breadcrumbs stir in milk gradually until it becomes like scone dough.
- 3 roll out and press circles with a glass, place these on top in one layer over the casserole and add extra cheese.
