My Nannas Tuna Casserole!!

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 2 (425 g) cans tuna in brine
  • 1 (400 ml) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (400 ml) can evaporated milk
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 125 g butter, softened
  • 1/2-1 cup milk
  • 1 -2 cup self raising flour
  • 1 cup grated tasty cheese

Recipe

  • 1 drain tuna put in casserole dish, add soup and evaporated milk stir in lemon juice.
  • 2 place flour and half the cheese in a mixing bowl rub in butter until it resembles breadcrumbs stir in milk gradually until it becomes like scone dough.
