Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 lb bulk sausage (prefer hot-but mild is ok)
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 ounces milk
- 1 dash nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 brown sausage in frying pan.
- 2 drain grease, set sausage on plate, and wipe pan with paper towel.
- 3 cook chicken 4-6 minutes each side in frying pan.
- 4 set chicken in oven proof casserole dish.
- 5 put sausage back in pan.
- 6 add soup, milk, and nutmeg.
- 7 warm and stir.
- 8 pour sausage mixture over chicken.
- 9 bake in 350°f oven for 30-40 minutes.
- 10 serve over rice or egg noodles.
