- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup salsa, preferably fresh
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- cayenne
Recipe
- 1 • saute the rice in the olive oil over high heat until the rice becomes opaque or . add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. turn heat to low and cook covered for 25 minutes. serves.
