Mexican Rice With Chicken

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 40 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown rice, raw
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce
  • 1 red pepper, diced

Recipe
