Macaroni And Cheese Casserole

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • cooking spray
  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 10 3/4 ounces 98% fat free cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 6 ounces pimientos, chopped
  • 4 ounces whole wheat crackers, crumbled

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 coat 9x10 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 3 cook macaroni in a large pot of boiling water until just tender (approx. 7 min).
  • 4 drain macaroni and transfer to a large pot.
  • 5 add soup, maonnaise, cheese, pepper and pimentos; mix well to combine with pasta.
  • 6 transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and top with cracker crumbs.
  • 7 bake, uncovered, until top is golden, about 20 to 25 minutes.
