Meatball Soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb lean ground beef or 1 lb turkey
  • 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 3 cups reduced-sodium tomato juice
  • 1 (16 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 teaspoon chili seasoning mix
  • 2/3 cup uncooked minute rice

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, combine meat, onion flakes, and parsley flakes.
