Ingredients

- 1 lb lean ground beef or 1 lb turkey
- 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 3 cups reduced-sodium tomato juice
- 1 (16 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 teaspoon chili seasoning mix
- 2/3 cup uncooked minute rice
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, combine meat, onion flakes, and parsley flakes.
- 2 form into 24 (1 inch) meatballs. place meatballs in a large skillet sprayed with olive oil-flavored cooking spray.
