Nadine's Gnocchi

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients and knead until dough is firm.
  • 2 roll into little balls and then curl dough balls around thumb using back of fork to make ridges in them.
  • 3 place gnocchi into boiling water and when they rise to the top they're done.
  • 4 drain them and put favorite sauce on them.
