- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients and knead until dough is firm.
- 2 roll into little balls and then curl dough balls around thumb using back of fork to make ridges in them.
- 3 place gnocchi into boiling water and when they rise to the top they're done.
- 4 drain them and put favorite sauce on them.
