Light Pasta And Cheese Sauce

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 cups grated parmesan cheese (could use smoked cheddar or gouda as well)
  • 800 g pasta

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta as directed; drain well.
  • 2 mix milk, flour and chicken broth in electric mixer.
  • 3 cook in a pan, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. then add in the cheese; stir constantly until cheese melts.
  • 4 add the sauce to pasta and serve immediately.
