Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 cups skim milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 cups grated parmesan cheese (could use smoked cheddar or gouda as well)
- 800 g pasta
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta as directed; drain well.
- 2 mix milk, flour and chicken broth in electric mixer.
- 3 cook in a pan, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. then add in the cheese; stir constantly until cheese melts.
- 4 add the sauce to pasta and serve immediately.
