Light Bacon And Noodles

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups egg noodles, uncooked
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1 cup fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 cook bacon on stove until crispy.
  • 3 cook noodles in boiling water until al dente (don't add salt).
  • 4 when bacon is cool, crumble it into small pieces.
  • 5 add the sour cream and chopped onion to the cooked noodles.
  • 6 add the bacon and half of the cheese into the noodles, stir well.
  • 7 pour mixture into a square casserole dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  • 8 bake in oven for 15 minutes or until bubbly and cheese has melted.
