Never Fail Rice

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups rice (any)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 wash the rice three times and let it soak in water for 25-30 minutes before cooking.
  • 2 boil the water and set aside.
  • 3 fry the oil in a heavy based pan til very hot.
  • 4 add the washed rice and salt and fry till lumps start to form .
  • 5 now add the hot water and bring to boil.
  • 6 after 5 minutes reduce the heat to very low and let the rice cook till the grains are seperated.
