Never Fail Rice

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 cups rice (any)
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt
Recipe
- 1 wash the rice three times and let it soak in water for 25-30 minutes before cooking.
- 2 boil the water and set aside.
- 3 fry the oil in a heavy based pan til very hot.
- 4 add the washed rice and salt and fry till lumps start to form .
- 5 now add the hot water and bring to boil.
- 6 after 5 minutes reduce the heat to very low and let the rice cook till the grains are seperated.
