Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 can mushroom
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (6 ounce) package mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 (6 ounce) package cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 package dry lasagna noodle
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato paste
Recipe
- 1 cook lasagna in salted boiling water until tender and set aside.
- 2 cook meat, onion, mushrooms, oregano and salt in the 1/2 cup water until brown.
- 3 add into the meat tomato sauce and tomato paste.
- 4 beat eggs and add all of the cheeses.
- 5 layer meat, noodles, meat, noodles, cheese, meat, noodles and meat.
- 6 place remaining cheese on top.
- 7 bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
