Lasagna

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 can mushroom
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (6 ounce) package mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 (6 ounce) package cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 package dry lasagna noodle
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can tomato paste

Recipe

  • 1 cook lasagna in salted boiling water until tender and set aside.
  • 2 cook meat, onion, mushrooms, oregano and salt in the 1/2 cup water until brown.
  • 3 add into the meat tomato sauce and tomato paste.
  • 4 beat eggs and add all of the cheeses.
