Never Fail (homemade) Noodles

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon shortening
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons cream (or half & half)
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup flour, approximately

Recipe

  • 1 mix well and add enough sifted flour to make a soft dough that doesn't stick when you roll it out.
