easy mushroom rice

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed french onion soup
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth
  • 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/4 cup butter

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

    Ready Time: 1 hr 5 mins

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
  • combine rice, onion soup, beef broth, mushrooms and butter in an 8x8 inch casserole dish.
  • cover, and bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes.
